The Cepia Club LLC: Listing Rules for ANY Manner of Transaction in The Cepia Club LLC’s Buy, Sell, Trade and/or Barter Systems

Listings on The Cepia Club LLC’s buy, sell, trade and/or barter systems cover different goods and services, either wanted or needed, offered or advertised for buy, sell, trade and/or barter. Exchanges by both private individuals listed, or by The Cepia Club LLC on its own, are the responsibility of the individuals or other entities proceeding with their own agreed upon contracts. Goods and services listed with The Cepia Club LLC label are either desired or offered by The Cepia Club LLC on its own as one party only of an agreed contract. All other offerings not so labeled are from independent individuals or organizations, no matter what membership and/or other status is stated or implied in the Listings or with The Cepia Club LLC CepiaNet. Goods and services for buy, sell, trade and/or barter may be transferred using The Cepia Club LLC advertising system at The Cepia Club LLC’s own discretion. Anything found to be unlawful will be reported to the proper authorities and result in termination, without refund, of The Cepia Club LLC’s products and/or services as determined by The Cepia Club LLC. Anything found to be in violation of The Cepia Club LLC’s “Family Standard” may also result in termination of any of The Cepia Club LLC’s products and/or services and will be reported if necessary to proper legal authorities.

By signing this statement I, the private party, recognize and accept the terms of this disclaimer absolving in the future The Cepia Club LLC for any actions that belong to myself or the entity for which I am so designated to sign.
